2010 Used Forest River SUNSEEKER 3100SS Class C in Texas, TX. PRICED LOWER THAN OTHERS FOR QUICK SALE! Need to reduce my debt and monthly payments, downsizing to a travel trailer.  It looks like this model goes for 40-45k, selling for NADA value!!!
EVERYTHING works, normal wear and tear. Sleeps 8, 32' long, large storage bins under - plenty of cabinets, private master!!!  New Generator in warranty until end of 2017, just had new brushes and carb put in, has less than 1000 hours. 2 new front tires and new spare - rear tires have plenty of tread, Recently replaced front ball joints and performed alignment. All interior cushions upgraded to black vinyl, new roof vent covers, new house battery, New inverter switch, new TV/DVD combo, new awning fabric, and new mattress - all in the last year. Power, waterhose, and sewer hose included. Will be ready to camp the day you pick it up.
