2010 Used Heartland NORTH TRAIL 31QBS Travel Trailer in Florida, FL. This unit is large but still 1/2 ton towable. Originally purchased with all options.

Sleeps 10+: Queen + 4 bunks (one convertable to table) + convertible dinette + jackknife sofa.

Lots of storage.

All seating areas in like new condition. We've kept plastic on all seating areas since new.

large slide.  everthing in good working order.  All vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Great for kids and pets.

Includes 50' 30AMP extension and quality hoses.

Very Clean.

Aftermarket rain covers have been added over skylights.
We've also had two 5,000 lbs hitches professionally added, one on either side instead of in the center.  We use these for a bike rack (included) and also to support a truck box (included). This is an ideal setup to house two portable generators (not included, but negotiable).

There are a few cosmetic issues, which I'm working to resolve, but as she currently sits.

• The kitchen floor has a minor tear under the refrigirator.  I understand this is easily resolved.
• We ran over a retread tire, which resulted in a dent to the aluminum skirt near the left rear axel. This is cosmetic only.
• The front fibreglass panel is slighly distorted and wavy.

My desire is to provide you with a trailer in good to excellent condition or to provide a reasonable discount for any cometic issues.
