2010 Used Heartland ROAD WARRIOR 305RW Toy Hauler in Colorado, CO. This 2010 Heatland Road Warrior 305RW 36ft 5th wheel toy hauler is ready to roll and use!  Though this RV has given me the safety and security of living along the coast in a hot climate (Palacios, TX), living in a colder climate (Golden, CO), enjoying race tracks in Texas, and a cross county road trip to Webster, NY from Houston, TX (and back)...I am ready to let someone else enjoy it as much as I have. I'm happy to share what I know to part brag, but also let you know what you can expect if you decide to invest in this.  As time passes and I fix some more items on it, I will update this listing but expect the price to go up.

Features:  2 AC units, Onan generator 5500, new dual motor landing legs, central vac, frigde gas/elec, new inverter (July 2017), washer/dryer combo machine, slide out motor for bedroom/living, rain shower with handheld option, new roof vent covers, single unit convection/microwave, 3 burner stove, stove fan, tanks intact (gas,fresh,holding,2 propane), outside fuel pump with interior timer, lots of cabinets through entire RV, toilet with seal, Samsung TV, built in sound system with radio with aux input, no leaks during rains or when washed, motorized awning

Things that could use consideration: EXTERIOR: some bubbling of siding (one area is old water damage that was repaired), seals around slide outs (interior are intact), TV antenna (extends but is missing a blade), stove fan vent (manually remove cover to open for cooking), no outdoor speakers, ladder (I'm including one to make up for this), one tire has a SLOW leak (it was like this when I drove cross country during summer of 2016, it drops 10psi in a month), outside shower is only HOT water, rear stabilitzer (removed motor; I've used cordless drill instead-not included in sale), hot water tank gas works but not electrical element (the hot water tank is small so I would only turn it on each time I needed it to heat with gas), exterior seams could use caulking (I have the marine quality tubes, just haven't done it), water pump for boondocking (I have a new one ready, not installed), awning cover . INTERIOR:  no bathroom sink (connections are still intact, one can still be installed), kitchen sink slow leak (I've used a tray underneath), furnace (I used electric space heaters anyway as they were more efficient-not included in sale), garage bed (won't move, missing functional component; have had family of three sleep on it without issues), radio works but DVD/CD player does not, door for garage damaged on inside (still locks), shower tub bottom is slightly curved (difficult to drain, use aquarium pump to remove water toward drain,still love the tub!), trim work in bathroom area needs finishing, replace 3 window shades
