Late nights on the internet searching every site you can imagine and spreadsheets, comps, depreciation, condition, the budget, how far away…..it drove me NUTS! I called it “Analysis Paralysis”! I remember what a relief it was when we finally found the “right one” for us. And this I believe is that “Right One” for you!Some of the many upgrades ($2.500) included are:

• This camper is stored in my conditioned shop. No rain; ice; hail; wind or sun to damage the exterior or prematurely age the camper. The gel coat and graphics are LIKE NEW. The tires are full tread, as there hasn’t been more than a few thousand miles towed and being stored inside, they show no cracks or early aging. The Artic Package means the underside is completely sealed and insulated as well as some heat is ducted underneath to the storage and piping areas, so nothing gets really cold much less freezing, even in below freezing weather. The roof membrane is in great shape. The front has the electric landing gear and the rear has dual electric stabilizers. It has 4 slides and an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator; outdoor shower and a gas grill! Large pass-thru storage and front storage hold all your belongings and correctly adds that weight to the hitch. The proper weight balance and the LCI air pin box, truly makes the camper pull and ride like a dream. The bunk room sleeps 4 and has a couch, entertainment center and a Half Bath! Electric or LPG refrigerator will keep stuff cold driving or camping. We have added almost 2’ of additional countertop or eating space! Microwave, oven and 3-burner gas stove, double sink and separate filtered water faucet round out the kitchen. The sofa opens up and there is an electric air mattress for a full size bed. It is still in the plastic as it has never been used! 40” TV, ceiling fan and a single T-stat that works the ducted AC and LP furnace! The master bedroom has a shower and another toilet and sink; a queen size bed; 32” TV and the second AC unit. Both units will keep the coach cool even on 100 degree day.Dark cherry hardwood cabinets; real Corian countertops; ceiling fan and wall sconces really make the coach feel luxurious, even when camping out in the woods!Come see for yourself.
