It is 38ft long with 3 pop outs. Extra-large shower. Residential full size side by side refrigerator. 2 air conditioners all completely automatic, Flat screen TV's. It has a professionally installed backup camera system. Factory installed Generator with push bottom start from inside of couch. No damage and has always been a non-smoking unit. The premium clear gel coat was installed by factory with UV fading protection is why the paint is like new. We have waxed the outside every 6 months so water beads up and rolls off the surface for added protection. It was ordered with the central exterior convenience package that includes a light, outside shower and the freeze guard winterizing kit. It also has the black tank flush and city water connections. My wife loves the factory installed built-in central vacuum system to clean floors quickly and easily, without recycling dust back into the living area. All the slide-outs have awnings covers that reduce the chance slide-outs of leaking! The awnings roll out with each slide out. This feature keeps leaves and stuff off the slide and helps rain run-off.
We had a custom drop leaf counter top made for added dining or food preparation. Upper bedroom King Bed.
Across from the bed there is a large dresser which gives so much storage.
