2010 Open Range 40' 5th wheel. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Single owner. I've never seen another one like it!
The living area has an electric fireplace for cool summer nights or cold winter evenings, a flat screen tv, dvd player, pre-wired surround sound speakers, and a loveseat that turns into a double bed. The dining table has two extra 2 leaves inside that will sit up to 6 and there is a bar on the island kitchen that will sit 2 more. The kitchen has a brushed nickel sink with pull out spray faucet, HUGE pantry, cabinet next to sink for trash, tons of cabinets, lots of counter space with corian counters and sink covers, propane or electric fridge, pull out spice rack to right of oven, 3 burners on stove and propane oven, space for an over the stove microwave or convection oven or you can use it for storage like I did! There's even a beautiful pot rack over the island to hang your pots and pans!
Master bedroom and 1/2 bath in rear with a picture window, queen size bed with understorage, over bed storage with reading lights and side tables and clothing dresser and drawers with space for a small tv. It's great to have the extra headroom for the adults and your own sink and toilet with a large medicine cabinet!
Kid's bunkhouse is in the front of the rv with 2 bunkbeds and 2 comfy chairs that fold down into 2 twins or push together for an extra queen bed. This room also has a "media center". A flat screen tv that's great for movie nights or video games, a desk and lots of space even for an extra small fridge!
Five total slides with toppers, electric awning, central vacuum, washer and dryer hook-ups, skylights, and vaulted ceilings. Electric vent fan, propane or electric 10-gallon water heater. Ducted furnace, four propane tanks, electric stabilizing jacks in front and rear, and spacious under storage.
