Plenty of storage underneath Queen bed and pull through front storage accessed from the exterior. Bathroom in rear of trailer with Skylight over Bathtub shower and large hanging closet. Additional outdoor shower, great for the beach. The Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, range-top with oven, and refrigerator. Stereo with DVD player and Television connections. 30 amp connection with two propane tanks, three year old batteries with AC and Heater. Smooth Fiberglass exterior with rubberized roof. Dry weight 3730 lbs and GVWR 5940 lbs. Sleeps two adults on Queen bed and two kids on sofa sleeper. Cozy trailer for a couple or small family. Everything works, only defect is a small tear in the electric awning. Original owner purchased new in 2010, selling to upsize with growing family.
