We are the second owners, and have had it two years. The condition is near perfect. The original owners used it four times, and we've used it for weekend tailgating for FSU football games, and traveling to mostly state parks in the panhandle of Florida. We are an adult non-smoking couple with no pets. The interior is flawless except for the miniblinds over the sink are broken, and a drawer is a little hard to open sometimes. No roof leaks. It comes ready to camp, with drinking water hose, sewer hose, etc. I'm including the hitch drawbar. It has a anti-sway bar, and load distributing bars as well. This pulls like a dream, and can be pulled by a half-ton pickup. This camper has a queen bed in the front, a double bed in back, with a twin bunk above. It also sleeps two on the dining booth and has a jackknife couch for another to sleep. There's storage under the seats for the dining booth, and storage under the queen bed, and under the double bed in back. There's a wardrobe up front, and a cabinet above the double bed in back. I've installed a TV mount where a TV shelf used to be. It has a 19' Samsung flatscreen TV, and a AM, FM, CD player with an AUX input and a remote control.
