The camper is very clean and has been well maintained.  It has never been smoked in nor has it ever had any pets in it.  The camper is almost as good as new.  There are only two issues with the camper.  1- The new awning needs to be installed. 2-I noticed late last year is that there is some slight bubbling under the vinyl in one spot of the front bunk.  We think that we didn’t have the front properly sealed prior to us washing it and storing it for a few months.  This was before we put the waterproof cover on it as well. Other than the awning and the bubbling the camper really is almost as good as new.  We looked at a new 2018 Roo and it really wasn’t any different than our 2011 and it was $26,000.00. 

The NADA Guide the average retail is $12,405 and the low retail is $10,285.  We are asking $9,250 and it will include the full cover, the wheel covers and lots of other extras!  The camper is very clean and you won't be disappointed.  It's very easy to tow and set up.  Can be towed by most mid size SUVs.  (We used an old Toyota 4Runner and it did just fine).
