Description

2011 Used Heartland NORTH COUNTRY 31BKS Travel Trailer in Ohio, OH. This is a beautiful 2011 Heartland North Country 31BKS Camper RV in very nice condition.

It has a master bedroom in front with a queen-sized bed and sliding doors for privacy. There is a room in the back with three bunk beds - great for kids. The bunk room has a hook up for a TV. There is a larger spot for a second TV for the master bedroom, and the TV can swivel so you can watch it either in bed or out in the main living area. The main area has a dinette that can convert to a bed and a couch that can also turn into a bed.

This camper is loaded with storage. It has real wooden cabinetry and trim - not the light cheap stuff. It has a slide-out which makes the main area very roomy. The last five photos on this listing are not from our camper. I found photos online to show what this camper can look like when the slide-out is open (because the camper is too snowy and icy right now to open the slide out).

There is an outdoor kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and it comes with a grill that can be mounted to the side of the camper. This is where we did most of our cooking when we camped. That way you don't have to clean up cooking messes inside, and you can hang out at the picnic table or by the fire. The fridge is great for storing drinks so people aren't constantly going in and out of the camper.

We did add a few upgrades to the camper. It has an electric tongue jack to raise and lower the front so you don't have to crank. It has covers over the vents on the roof so you can leave the vents open for airflow but water won't go in. We added a retractable towel rack to the back (outside), which may not seem like a big deal, but it makes a huge difference to have a place to put wet towels and bathing suits after everyone goes swimming.

The only thing that is wrong with this camper that we know of is the oven. The oven in the kitchen never would turn on for us. I can't say that we tried very hard because like I said, we did most of our cooking outside, so this may be any easy fix for someone familiar with these.

All of the exterior caulking was checked and recaulked as needed last summer. The exterior of this camper could use a bath! We always kept the camper very, very clean. The inside is currently super clean. I was going to wash the outside before we sold it so it would look pretty, but winter snuck up on me and now it's too cold. If we get a warm spell, I'll wash it.

The price for this camper is $14,000 firm.
