2011 Used Jayco SKYLARK SKYLARK 21FKV Travel Trailer in Arizona, AZ. Well cared for & maintained trailer. I am 2nd owner. It is ready to go as it comes with practically all of the accessories needed for the road and parking in RV Camping areas. Included are manual and information on all equipment, a trailer cover ($350), top of the line surge protector and 50 amp to 30 amp converter cord ($300), hitch lock, new Radial Tires purchased in 2016, a new AC Unit was added in 2016 and warranty till 2019, vent covers for the 3 top air vents, wheel chocks and leveler blocks, bubble level indicator, 3 sewer hoses and all attachments, cleaning chemicals and wand for cleaning tank, water filter, and many other items including coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans... Just too many to list. I also have a warranty good till 2019 and it is transferrable. ***See the photos attached Note: V-shaped nose for better visability and areodynamics, trailer is under 3000 lbs. empty and was pulled with a Hyundai Sante Fe. Inside you'll see a large refrigerator (runs on Propane & Electricity), large kitchen counter space with fold down burner and sink covers, and a microwave & convection oven combination. There is a combination AM-FM Radio which plays CDs & DVDs. It also will play Flash Drives. Looking front to rear you see a large dining table (seats 4), large fold out windows for good ventilation, a seat on the right which folds out for a bed (1 adult or 2 children), a privacy curtain for the double bed at the rear (sleeps 2 comfortably). The large shower and comode are private behind a solid door. There is a vent fan and skylight in the shower area. A vanity and mirror are outside the shower area and ample space for storage under the vanity and in the large ajacent closet. There is LED lighting thoughout and the trailer comes with 2 deep cell batteries. Two propane tanks are enclosed inside the door at the rear. There is cable tv hookup, and outside shower. There is an electric awning (with plastic protect covers. There are outside speakers and hookups inside for your tv. In my estimation this trailer is perfect for 2 adults or a small family.
