Here is a 2011 KZ Spree 323 Travel Trailer.  The construction of this unit is Aluminum frame with fiberglass exterior.  Also the tanks on this unit are enclosed for 4-season use.  This travel trailer is in excellent condition.  There are no odors of any kind.  Everything works as it should.  Here is how it is arranged.  This is a rear Living room floor plan with 2 Slides and 2 entry doors.  When you walk in the rear door you have the 2 Rockers to your left with the large windows across the rear  of the unit.  Then you have the super slide out with the sofa and dinette in it.  The super slide is across from the Kitchen area.  This gives the Kitchen/Living Room area a nice open feel.  Next you have the Large Bathroom area with the Large Glass Shower enclosure.  Also you have a slide out that is between the Bathroom and the Bedroom area.  This makes both rooms very open.  Also it creates an excellent amount of storage.  In the bedroom you also have another entry door.  The bed is a Queen size bed that is completely walk around.
