2011 Used Keystone COUGAR 31SQB Travel Trailer in Indiana, IN. This is a 2011 Keystone Cougar X-Lite 31 SQB Travel Trailer. One owner, bought new in 2011, have title.

This is a bunkhouse model - with three bunks and a "Cub Couch" in the rear. Queen bed in front, two slides - one for the dinette/couch and one for a wardrobe in the bunk room. Has outdoor kitchen with hot/cold water, gas stove, and small fridge.

At 7,000#, it is easily towable with a 1/2 ton pickup. I have pulled it with an F-150 V8 easily.

Overall great condition. No pets, never smoked in, very clean. has been stored inside approx. 50% of the time, covered 20%, and outside 30%.  Always stored level.

Inside is in excellent condition - no signs of wear and tear.  

Outside shows some normal levels of wear for a 7-year old camper:

• Some slight gelcoat damage and gelcoat spidering on the nose cap from turning too short and hitting the tail of my truck. This happened 5 years ago and has not spread. Nothing structural. 
• Small tear in awning that has been taped on the top side - should not spread.

Everything works. A/C was blowing 41 degrees inside a heated shed last week. Fridge was replaced under warranty 2 years ago. Water heater thermo and anode rod just replaced. 

Heater works well.  

This is ready to camp - comes with sewer lines, hoses, camping mat, Lynx levelers/chocks, 2 full LP tanks, cover, load-distributing sway bars (Equal-I-Zer) included if you want it.

Overall, a great camper that has served our family well.  Just haven't used it like we should and it is time to get rid of it.  Priced at book value and willing to negotiate within reason.
