Description
2011 Used Lance 1685 Travel Trailer in Kansas, KS. Upgrades:
- 200 Watts of Solar on roofÂ
- Charge controller and Inverter
- 225 Amp hours of Trojan deep cycle batteries.
- Fastway E2 weight distribution and sway control hitch is installed (was used with a SUV)Â
- Atwood Premier Performance 4000 electric jack (powerful enough to life rear of vechicle which makes hooking up a stabilizer hitch very easy). Foot not pictured but available.Â
- The Axles were repacked in 2016, the main shore power connection terminal was replaced in 2016.
- Upgraded Shower head and LED lightbulbs throughout
It has had some upgrades done to it for use offgrid there are 200 watts of solar panels on the roof which are on angle adjustable brackets. Photos show the panels in a angled configuration. There is a LCD display charge controller that tells you exactly how many amps are flowing into the battery and how many are being used by the inverter. Inside the unit there is a dual outlet 400 watt pure sine wave inverter directly wired to the charge controller. This allows camping offgrid and not having to worry about running out of electricity and being able to use things like a tv/sat dish (most use about 6 amps combined and the solar system can produce 10amp/hr on a sunnny day), charge laptops/phones etc as long as your device uses less than 400 watts its good to go. The batteries are dual 6v Trojan T-105s. These are long lasting reliable deep cycle batteries.Â

General Info
The manuals for the components and the RV are all included. A pair of high quality mirror extentions is availble if needed for your tow vechicle (were used on a Xterra and allowed clear rear/side views). The known defects with the unit is a front rock guard window does not stay open on its own and needs to be propped open. The window cover flipped open on the road and torques its frame so it doesnt close fully but does close enough to lock closed with no problem. See photos. This rock guard cover is easily removable if desired. The rear bumper is missing one of the 2 end caps. There is general wear and tear on the cabinets.
