2011 Used Phoenix Usa CRUISER 3100 Class C in Georgia, GA. Great couple's coach. Phoenix Cruiser is a highly rated B plus motorhome. Check construction videos and walkthroughs on youtube. We have upgraded the suspension to better than factory with the following additions: Helwig sway bars front and rear, Bilstein HD shocks front and rear and the Roadmaster Reflex steering stabilizer as well as alignment front and rear. New Michelin tires have around 1000 miles plus new metal valve stem extensions have been installed. The Gray exterior is full body paint in great shape with diamond shield on the front to prevent chips. A new rear view safety camera and new indash am/fm/sirius radio with large back up camera monitor have been installed. On the floors is new Brazilian 1/2 inch hardwood with carpet on the slide. A new tile backsplash has been installed and coach has corian countertops. No oven but it has a convection microwave and it has a refrigerator freezer. We modified the eating area to a two person table to increase the area in the slide to fit a residential two recliner theater seat. The twin beds have new memory foam mattresses $750 and small tv. Bathroom has a wardrobe and linen closet and a radius shower inclosure with a new shower head and porcelain commode with foot flush. The cabinets are cherry in color. We just replaced the tank monitor panel and the brain panel for the HNH leveling system. There is a dome satellite system on top and a new tv HD antennae.. The coach has a maserator type sewer disposal system which was replaced last year. You can dump your tanks the standard way or use the maserator to pump the tanks. You can also dump your waste using a standard garden hose attached to the pump and empty it at home in a basement toliet. The coach has an 1800 watt inverter and an Onan 4000 generator with 177 hours. The motorhome is powered by a Triton V10 engine and rides on the Ford F450 Chassis that has dual rear wheels for increased stability. NO PETS AND NO SMOKERS. UNIT IS VERY CLEAN. Large awning on passenger side and awning over the slide. .. We have the bugs worked out and our LO$$ is your gain.. There are only 16,600 miles on it. Reason for selling is we are buying a travel trailer...Lots of Phoenix Cruiser videos with tutorials on systems on youtube as well as walkthroughs. We visited the factory in Indiana and they are "built", not thrown together and only build about 2 per week. The unit has been professionally winterized and ready to camp. The exterior looks just like the 2016 models.
