Trailer is 37 feet long, with 4 slide outs, GVWR 18,500 and dry weight of 13,400 Lb. If you are in the market for full time luxury trailer you must look at this trailer. Trailer has 6 point self leveling system, air ride axles with disc brakes, full body paint, trim less windows, real wood interior. Kitchen with large double refrigerator and Corian counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV, Large walk in closet and laundry closet with washer/dryer combo included. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door and skylight. The trailer will have salvage/non repairable due to being in a flood. This trailer was in a fresh water flood, water level was approximately one foot in to the lower basement compartment. There was no water inside the trailer. Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy. There is no water damage visible, leveling, all of the slides and lighting does work. We removed the underbelly, inspected it and replaced insulation. Everything does work on this trailer. Please look through the pictures. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. This trailer was over $100,000 when new, have it for fraction of the price. Â
