2012 Used Forest River SANDPIPER 365SAQ Fifth Wheel in Tennessee, TN. It is a family friendly camper that gives mom and dad a way to give kids their space. Our kids have enjoyed it the last 5 years. It was bought new and is a one owner. It is time for us to move away from camping for a few years and we would prefer to let someone else enjoy the camper as much as we have. We have upgraded the mattress in the master bedroom and upgraded the support (backing) for the two lower beds in the bunkhouse.  When opened, the bunkhouse opens up to give you the full width of the camper as floor space.  It has an outdoor kitchen with microwave and a tag-a-long propane grill with a burner for boiling/cooking on, 1.5 baths, filtered water incoming to the camper, gas hot water heater, an outdoor dorm style fridge and pass through storage underneath. The locks for the front (under neck storage) and the pass though storage are the same style as used on Class A RV’s. The camper has been vacuumed multiple times during our trips and as we left and after unloading at home.  It has some minor wear on surfaces as a result of use.  Don’t spend $19,000 to $25,000 at a dealer without looking here first.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We are open to selling our pull truck with the camper. It is a 2008 Ford F450 King Ranch with 179,000 miles on it. The package deal on these is $43,000 and you can leave with them both. (More pictures available...)
