The trailer has been kept out of the elements in covered storage since we purchased new. The trailer is 29' long, has a 20' power awning, power stabilizer jacks and power tongue jack. New tires were installed 2 years ago and the battery is 1 year old. There is a 26" TV in the main living area and a 19" TV in the bedroom. The camper has one slide out for the living area. The bedroom has a full size queen bed and the couch and dinette convert to beds. Microwave oven and 3 burner gas stovetop and gas oven. Stereo system with inside and outside speakers with DVD/CD player. The RV has an ungraded 15K air conditioning unit with ducted vents. There are 4 tanks onboard. One 30 gallon black tank, a 30 gallon grey tank for the shower and bathroom sink, a 30 gallon kitchen/galley tank and a 38 gallon fresh water tank. MaxAir vents were installed for the kitchen vent and the bedroom vent. Electric/propane hot water heater. Two 30lb propane tanks. Outdoor shower and black tank flush. Lots of storage with pass-through storage in front of trailer. Ladder on the back for easy roof access. Many extras are included
