2012 Used Forest River TRACER 230FBS Travel Trailer in Ohio, OH. 2012 230 FBS Tracer by Forest River.  Purchased new.  Adult owned.  Used less than 2 dozen times.  Sleeps up to four with a queen in the front and the dinette folding in a queen as well. A large slideout houses the dinette.  One of the few campers that have a restroom that can accommodate tall people, as I’m 6’4â€.  Restroom includes glass door standup shower, sink, toilet, and cabinets.  The kitchen enjoys a large freezer and fridge that’s gas or electric powered; a three gas burner stove with gas oven; microwave; two sump sink; gas or electric water heater; lots of cabinet space.  Storage throughout and under the dinette and bed. Entertainment is handled by a 24†flat screen, that can swivel to face either the bedroom or living area, and a sterio able to play DVD, CD, USB, AM/FM, cable, and antenna.  Exterior and interior speakers can be turned on and off.  Bedroom boasts overhead closets and vertical closets for hung clothes along with fabric doors and walk around bed.
The outside hosts an awning; through storage in the front; outside water shower hookup; outside kitchen with fridge, 3 burner gas stove, sink, and storage; gas grill and outside TV hookup.
The Artic Pack and central furnace and AC allows 3 season camping while the large fresh, grey, and black water tanks make it possible for primitive weekend camping if full hookup isn’t desired.  waste tank cleanout is easy with the self contained rinse valve. 30A service.  Stabilizer jacks at all four corners.  Convenient propane tank storage at the front.
