2012 Used Heartland CYCLONE 3612 Fifth Wheel in Mississippi, MS. I'm selling my 2012 cyclone 3612 by heartland. It is a fifth wheel toyhauler. I have takin well care of this unit. Right before the fall I had the slide seal replaced and the seal on the roof replaced as a general maintance. This unit has 2 slide outs. One super slide in the living room and a bedroom slide that has the closet in it. It has real wood cabinets thoughout the unit. It also has marble countertops in it. It has a factory installed 7kw owan genarator. The genarator will run everything in the unit. The unit is a 50amp unit. It has a washer and dryer prep kit installed and ready for a stackable washer and dryer.The garage is 14' long and ready for that golf cart or a side by side. In the garage there is two bed that come down from the ceiling (all electric) and the bottom bed converts to two couchs and there is a table you can put between them perfect for family game night and cards with the friends. Above the garage is a loft equiped for sleeping two or extra storage. The masterbed room has a queen sized bed in it. The bathroom is all in one room. It has electric over hydralic landing gear. It has electric leveling jacks in the rear. It has a 20 wide electric awning over the doorway.Has a Gooseneck Hitch on it that can be easily removed for Fifth wheel hitch. The gooseneck adapter comes with the unit had it installed by the camper dealer in 08/17.Everything on this unit works and is turn key ready to go.
