This trailer spend the whole summer and start of fall up in Washington State and was up there during Harvey and all the flooding.

Its a 2012 Keystone Cougar with a very smart layout. It is 30' which makes it big enough to be comfortable, but easy getting into places. It has one big super slide in the main living area, queen size bed and storage in the main bedroom, and 2 bunks and plenty of extra space in the back for the kids. Much of the cheap original furniture has been removed and/or replaced with REAL furniture and wood.

Upgrades:
Electric tongue jack which makes setting up a breeze
Balancing hitch with sway bars
4 BRAND NEW Tires.  Less than a month old
Custom cedar battery box, which has 4 deep cycle 12v batteries giving you tons of off grid time

Full size Queen mattress (instead of RV size)
Modified under the bed for more storage OR a dog bed that's out of the way

Couch replaced with full size world market couch (which also expands to a queen bed)
Custom shelf behind the couch
Space under TV turned into a custom shoe rack
Microwave removed and used for storage
Water saving 0.5 gpm faucet on sink
Space next to the couch used as a kid play area, or small table/chairs.
Digital thermostat installed replacing the old "slider" kind.
Cradlepoint IBR 900 internet and router. This is epic.. high speed internet anywhere you go!
"Stained glass" privacy clings so you can leave your windows open enough to let light in but not have people see inside

Smart shower bar that gives you more space inside the shower when using
Water saving 0.5 gpm faucet on sink
Water saving 1.5 gpm Niagra shower head
Space wasting swing door replaced by accordian door

One whole side left "open" for play area, furniture, etc.
2 bunks on the other side with REAL pine wood as the gaurds replacing the cheap thin fake wood that was there

Other Additions:
LED lights throughout the entire rig, saving tons of electric and brighter
Quick release fresh water hose with filter, for fast hook up and easy take down
2 sepic hoses, long and short
2 X chocks to stabilize trailer and remove all the "shakes"
Leveling blocks (wood and plastic)
42 Waste water wagon (super useful for when you don't have full hookups, but don't want to move the whole rig)

It has all the benefits of a mobile trailer, with all the comforts of home. Everything works, nothing is beat up or damaged, everything has been loved and take care of, ready for her next family. Truly one of a kind!
