2012 Used Keystone COUGAR 318SAB Fifth Wheel in Oregon, OR. 35’ 2012 Keystone Cougar with 3 slides. Model 318SAB. Excellent condition inside and out. Non-smoker. Exterior Xzilon protection, new carpet in the living/dining area (It didn’t need new carpet, just touchy when it comes to carpet). Fantastic Fan with remote installed February 2016. Polar package, AC, power awning, remote controlled slide extensions and front power leveling jacks. Windows have day/nights shades. Tags/January 2018. Much more. See attachment for RV specs. I just bought a house and can’t afford both. The RV was just on consignment for three months at $32,900. Selling as is, $24,900. Not looking for a profit, just covering my expenses.
