The loft above can sleep 2 kids or be used for storage. There is even a half bath in the rear with lots of counter space with an additional entrance. Twelve foot slide in main living area has a dining booth that converts to a bed and a full/queen airbed in the couch. Tons of interior storage under the couches and bed. Even more under the rig. Has ducted A/C throughout, polar package insulation, huge windows, 8 cu fridge that runs on propane and electric, 3 burner gas stove with an actual oven (hard to find), two tvs with DVD players and much more. It is able to be towed by a half ton truck (Dry weight less than 10K). Meticulously cared for (I'm very obsessive about the tanks). It has been stored in covered parking and it is priced to sell.
