Has gooseneck adapter if you want or fifth wheel kingpin. Does not include truck hitch. Good tires. 2 deep cycle batteries. 50 amp plug-in. Front power leveling jacks, power hitch jack, scissor stabilizer jacks. 12 gal Gas/electric quick recovery water heater. 1 a/c unit 15,000 BTU central/ducted with thermostat. 13,000-17,000 BTU furnace also ducted. Large 10-12 ft electric awning. Master bed over tongue with queen bed, 15" tv, ample storage under bed and in slide out closet. Living space is very roomy with the 14' slide. Entertainment center with 32" tv and lots of storage. TV antenna with booster, DVD/CD player with zone surround sound inside and outside. Couch fold out with blow up queen size bed...it also has an ottoman with storage that tucks in under the couch. Kitchen has tons of cabibnets for storage, fridge/freezer 7cu. ft, gas stove and oven with microwave/hoodvent combo all work great. Dinning room table with 4 chairs (storage under seat cusions). Double loft bed above garage with ladder. 1 bathroom with stall shower and skylight, toilet, and lots of storage under sink and corner cabinets. Outdoor shower hookup too. 12' garage with seperate enterance....great use for bedroom, storage or toys. Very well maintained but has some minor cosmetic wear on outside
