2012 Used Keystone Laredo 275SBH Fifth Wheel in Georgia, GA. 2012 Laredo 275 SBH Bunkhouse for sale. I bought it new, pulled it home from the dealer in Ohio. I have only stayed in it for about 2-3 days during that trip home, but other than that it is new and unused, never even cooked in and never smoked in. I never used it due to me deploying with my job for almost 2 years and then my fiance and I splitting up. I have done many upgrades to it and have lots of extras (thousands of dollars worth) that go with it. I have periodically cleaned, moved and powered up and used everything to keep it in working order, it has always been kept under my barn. I hired a certified electrician to add some extra electrical outlets, both 110 and 12v and redo how the power cable came into the unit. It now has a cord that plugs in and twist locks into place and it was all professionally done. I dropped the underbelly cover, and sealed up all the holes and places where bugs could get in. It is 100% bug proof now. I sealed up all the storage areas with foam and silicone and it looks great like it came from the factory like that. I also added a water filter system with replaceable cartridges, I added a second flat screen TV in the master bedroom. I added some shelves in the closet's above the hanging rod. I installed bug screens on all the outdoor vents holes. Included also, but not installed are JT's Strong Arm Stabilizer System, it also comes with all new LED bulbs for the entire unit, it also comes with an extra battery box, battery and Master switch so it will have two batteries, also an upgraded shower head. It has a spare tires and factory bumper mounts, 30 AMP Surge protector ($350) new in the box, plus all the little extras needed to go camping that does not come with a new unit. It has all the bells and whistles, Queen size pillow top mattress, slide out awning, electric door awning. I have spent thousands of dollars on all of these extras that come with it. It is a very nice unit that could sleep 8 people. I also have a special luggage rack made for the Tow Vehicle that goes over the cab and allows for pulling a 5th wheel made by US Rack. I am honestly crazy for selling it but, do not plan on ever using it, it is only a sore reminder of my 12+ year relationship down the drain and a lot of broken promises, I am tired of maintaining and looking at it.
