I don't think you will find a nicer one of these in the area, we purchased this new from Northpoint RV in April of 2012.

Each time we used it (only twice in 2016, hence why we are selling it, no time to use and the kids have grown up) it is fully cleaned top to bottom before going back in the heated shop.

Brand new every time we use it. Never been pulled in the snow, never left outside when not used, never parked and left, never winterized as it has spent every winter in my heated shop. It is in new condition at a used condition price!

This camper has 2 slide outs, 3 bunk beds in the rear with an additional trundle bed, a pull out couch with an air mattress that we have never inflated. There is a 32" LCD TV on a swivel for viewing both in the living space or in the master bed area in the front of the camper. The master bed has a 2" memory foam mattress pad that is included. This has the optional upgraded mattress as well.

Dry weight on this camper is almost 8200 lbs with a tongue weight of around 835 lbs. 

Included with the sale is the Equi-l-izer hitch shown in the pictures.
