Like new 850SC pop-up with 2012 raised roof, solar, Happijac wireless electric jacks, cassette toilet, queen size bed with memory foam topper, pillows, outside shower, Dominic 3/way refrigerator works great, Brophy tie downs with turnbuckles+, Truck bed pad (save your truck and adds friction to stop sliging), locking/keypad storage safe, two 12v fans, 12volt trouble light, 12volt cord extender, wheel chocks, pots and pan, hose and filling tube, folding step and custom wood step, bicycle rack, and lots of brackets to tie down your bike, gear, or paddle-board.  Made for fun!  Roll down the visene curtiains and have a 360 degree view of the beach with fantastic ventilation!  All screens intact, none ripped plus all visene and privacy curtain zippers in great shape!  Note the wavy aluminum on roof edge.  Skinned a tree branch, but aluminum skin intact with no tears and no leaks.  Non smoker and super clean, except for some beach sand (LOL)!  Fits fine on my 2006 Toyota Tunda short bed and drives like it ain't even there (compared to those tall-boy giant cab-overs!).  A joy!
