As first-time RV owners, my family lived our dream last year by making this RV our home during a 100-day, 26-state tour, covering over 9,000 miles across the US. Here is your chance to do the same.

This reasonably priced rig has a transferrable 4yr/~90,000mi powertrain warranty ($1,300 value) and comes with $1,000 in additional equipment we purchased.  It sleeps 7 (5 adults & 2 kids), has 9 seat belts (2 in cockpit, 3 on couch, 4 at table w/2 anchors for child/infant car seat(s)), Lifeline AGM Deep Cycle battery for the cab (model GPL-31T) replaced in July 2017, a 4KW Onan gas generator (used < 400hrs), trailer hitch with a towing capacity of ~5,000lbs, dedicated master bedroom with queen size bed, 3-burner gas grill top, dual mode propane/electric refrigerator/freezer, flushing toilet, shower with hot/cold water, bathroom/kitchen sinks, 15ft sewer hose, ducted furnace, dedicated air conditioner for the living quarters and one for the cockpit, durable curtains and upholstery, and sturdy low-maintenance cabinets and floors that would be a costly upgrade in most motorhomes.

Tank capacities in gallons are: gas (55), hot water (6), propane (9.6), fresh water (40), gray water (22), black water (25). For my family, the tank capacities were more than enough to dry-camp for 11 nights straight without having to dump the gray/black water tanks or refill the propane tank even though we showered and ran the hot water heater and furnace every night.

Additional equipment: FasTen leveling block system with non-slip pads for front and rear wheels, 50amp to 30amp adapter, 6x Nordic Ware Microwave 3 Piece Dinnerware Sets, cups, mugs, pots, pans, coffee maker, 11ft adjustable pole with soft brush to keep your rig clean, 6 gallon round rubber tub (used outside to wash or to catch water in the sink/shower), 4x tire covers, 2x graduated levels (installed), 2-way garden hose connector, water pressure regulator, and a 5/8-Inch-by-50-Foot fresh water hose specifically made for RVing. Lastly, once the purchase is complete, I’m willing to spend a few hours with you to ensure you are as familiar with the rig as I am for it is my wish that you enjoy it as much as my family has.

The RV is currently winterized and garaged in Woodbridge, VA.  The VA safety inspection was completed in March 2018.  Registration is current until April 30, 2019.  There are no liens on the title.  Payment must be made from bank to bank whether financing or making a cash purchase.
