Double kitchen sink, gas cook top and oven, refrigerator with separate doors for freezer. Includes Cummins 4000 watt on-board generator with interior on/off switch. Includes 13 ft long electric powered awning. One electric powered "push out" to extend dining area.
2 - TV's with cable wiring. A/C and gas furnace.
Bathroom with toilet, sink and separate shower enclosure. Outside hand - held shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach. 6 gallon water heater. 34 gallons fresh water tank. 30 gallon gray water storage tank. 30 gallon black water storage tank. 18 gallon propane tank.
55 gallon single fuel (gas) tank. Michelin Tires all around.  All of this mounted on a Ford E450 chassis with a V-10 6.8 liter engine.
