Description

2013 Used Crossroads Z-1 ZT301BH Travel Trailer in Georgia, GA. I bought it cash Brand new from southern RV in Jonesboro Ga..

It's a 30 ft 4 bunk Bunk house model with a hard wall front bedroom with queen bed. one large electric slide. bathroom with shower / Tub. We've never used the shower, because we have kids, and they get showered in the bath house, or in the outside shower. We're OCD crazy about keeping things clean and nice. Couches and seats have always had covers on them. We added a 50" Tv in the livingroom, and a 32" In the bedroom. Stove has never been used. We took the knobs off the day we bought it, because we were afraid of the babies turning it on.. Fridge is defrosted, and cleaned before pack up religiously.. No mold or smells. We put a nice backsplash on it so we could wipe it down after doing dishes or making cocktails or whatever..

We used it one season at Ocean Lakes In Myrtle Beach, then we used it a Bit at Lake Lanier, then it's lived in the Pole Barn since, because we disn't have a truck to pull it with. It was just too big for my mercedes sprinter to pull. I mean we'd do it, but the van nearly did wheelies when we pulled it, as it was 2000 LBS over my tongue weight.

We found that we enjoy road tripping more, so we started camping in th back of the sprinter.. The kids are older now, and the van has no windows, so it sucked for the kids, as they couldn't see anything... We just bought a  New Silverado and a 16' hybrid so we can go cross country. Hopefully this configuration suits us better.

This thing is immaculate. Never cooked in, or smoked in. It smells brand new. We're here in Gainesville Ga, and you're welcome to stop by any time to see it. We do not deal over text. If you're interested, please pick up the phone and call. Offers and questions via text will be ignored, as I'm tired of answering questions for 3 days before realizing they weren't a real buyer..

I'm motivated to sell, but we aren't strapped for cash, or desperate to sell, so we won't be considering low ball offers from brokers or swayed by folks waving a fistful of cash. Make us a reasonable offer, and we'll probably take it as long as it's more than our "sure thing" cash offer from the dealer we bought our new one from. It's about 2 grand less than we really need to get for it, and our number in our head is way les than they'd resell it for. We just figured we'd give it a shot online for a week or so before accepting their generous offer. They're confident they can sell our camper in a week if they take it, but they've basically told us that we're in the camper sales "sweet spot" for the next few weeks, so I need to make a move..

We will only sell in person cash, or cashier's check. Absolutely no out of town buyers who won't show up in person, wanting PayPal, personal checks, or other methods of scamming. I just sold a truck on Auto Trader, and 19 out of 20 replies were from con men, or identity thieves fishing for personal info.
