I spent over 6 months researching models and floor plans and this Kodiak 300BHSL floor plan is very unique in that it has 2 separate bedrooms with doors and rear bedroom has one of largest bunk beds I could find and has it's own dining booth that can turn into a study/game table for children. It has a flip up bed mounted on top of the dining table and it can be easily removed for added space if you don't need all that beds.
This is a huge trailer with tons of living spaces and storage spaces. 2 families (4 adults and 4 children) can easily sleep in this thing.
It's a light weight trailer weighting at 7531 lbs unloaded. I personally tow it with a 3/4 ton truck but I've seen people pulling it with a half ton such as Toyota Tundra or F150. I would recommend 3/4 ton for added safety margin.Â
Here is the brochure from manufacturer http://www.dutchmen.com/media/5692/kodiak-12-pg-lit-lr.pdf
I made some improvements adding lift supports for under bed storage and also outdoor kitchen door so doors stay up.
I am simply no longer using it due to changing in our travel style. I've used only once last year and no plan for this year. I am modivated to sell it and priced it accordingly with no bubble for a quick sale. I also would like to sell my truck before summer starts but can't do that untill this is sold. so come and see it this weekend.
