I am the original owner and have had professionally installed a full air ride suspension that cost me over $5,000.00, 17.5 heavy duty rims and commercial tires to go with the air ride, you will never have to worry about tire problems. I spent around $4,500.00 on this rim and tire package. Also installed a Xantrex pure sine wave inverter with digital controller inside including auto generator start, run your microwave, TV, coffee, etc. without having to run the generator and if the batteries get low the generator will automatically start and turn off when the batteries are full.  This Xantrex with auto generator start cost around $3,500.00 and to top it off I installed 4 6 Volt Trojan batteries, the best in the business for this application. All together I have around $15,000.00 in extras installed. This toy hauler goes down the road so smooth it's like it's not even there. Hold 165 gallons of fresh water, 5.5K Onan Generator with auto start, Quarts Counter tops, Porcelain toilet, 2 AC units with the main unit the high end quiet residential style. Oven and gas cook top, convection microwave, 10' garage great for kids and like an additional big bedroom, happy jack beds in garage. So many things to list I know I haven’t listed them all. This RV is ready to go. I have it professionally detailed, washed waxed and sealed every 6 months. I have invested around with the purchase price $100,000.00 into the RV, I believe it is a great buy for somebody. I have been Rving for over 20 years now and I am getting out of it, time for something different.
