All lights inside and out have been swapped out to led lights to use very little battery power when you're dry camping. Added an inverter in it so half of the 110v outlets will run off 12v including all 4 of the tvs (great for dry camping and not having to run the generator all the time). This trailer is loaded with many nice features including 4 tvs (one outside), surround sound, indoor outdoor speakers, 4 batteries, auto level jack system, central vacuum system, oven and convection microwave, 3 a/c units, granite counter tops and leather furniture, back deck with another awning and can be gated to name a few. The 18 foot garage is the largest available and has 3 queen size beds in it, one that folds into a couch and table. It has hookups to install a washer and dryer in the garage as well.  Because I didn't use the generator often I put a transfer pump from the 30 gallon gen tank to the 30 gallon fuel station allowing me to pump from the 30 gallon generator tank to the 30 gallon fuel station. this gives the trailer 60 gallons of fuel station capacity. the generator still runs as it should off of its tank, I didn't change any of how it was plumbed. just added a transfer pump to the system.
The living space includes lots of cabinet storage and large freezer/refrigerator.

This is a very nice setup and very clean. I am the original owner and took very good care of it. if your looking for lots of space for toys and luxury camping then this is what you want. I am also selling my freightliner motorhome toter home separately that I used to pull this if your looking for a tow rig.
