2013 Used Forest River FLAGSTAFF CLASSIC SUPER LITE 831BHDS Travel Trailer in Georgia, GA. 2013 Flagstaff 831BHDS.  This trailer has been kept under a pole barn for the last 3 years.  That means it looks great and has not taken abuse form the sun and elements.  Trailer has 2 power awnings to cover the entire length of the trailer, even the outdoor kitchen is covered.  Outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner LP stove, sink, microwave and dorm fridge/freezer combo.  Plus some cabinet space.  Trailer has 2 doors, one that leads into the living area, the other into the bathroom.  Master has a 22 inch flat panel HDTV and speakers.  Living area has a 32” HDTV and surround system with a sub woofer.  Stereo has speakers in the bedroom and outside.  Typical bedroom with cabinets on both sides of the bed and above the bed.  Hard doors to close off the bedroom from the living area.  Couch and table are in one of the slide outs.  The bunkhouse has the 2nd slide in it.  It holds the couch that converts to a bed with an air mattress.  Same couch and mattress as the living area.  Bunkhouse also has a solid door to close it off from the living area.  Both slides have awnings over them.  Electric stabilizer jacks and tounge jack with light.  Rear ladder and outdoor LP grill.  Grill and stove at the outdoor kitchen connect to the trailers LP via a quick connect at each location.  3 new vent covers just installed.  Trailer is in like new condition with no pets, no smokers, and very little kitchen use.  Has tank heaters.  It is an ultra lite with a dry weight of 7100#.  That means towable by most 1/2 ton pickup trucks.  I towed it with a Nissan Titan and it did great.   I am sure I am missing something so just ask me what you want to know.
