The living area sleeps 6.  The garage is 12 ft and has two queen bunks and sleeps 4.  The lower bunk converts into a bench seats with a table and seats 6.  There is a half bath in the garage and washer and dryer hookups.  There is a screen to enjoy the outside with the back ramp open.  The Onan generater can be started from inside or outside.  There are 30 hours on the generator.  There is a fuel pumping station.  Comes with three 30 gallon propane tanks.  The awning is electric.  The windows are tinted and reflect heat to keep unit cool.  There are two grey water tanks and one black.  Fresh water tank and waste tanks are very large and easily last a weekend of camping.  The underbelly is heated as are the tanks for cold weather camping.  We have enjoyed this unit very much but kids have grown and it is more then just the two of us need.  Everything is in good working order.  Contact us with your questions or to set up a time to see this unit.
