2013 Used Heartland CYCLONE 3800 Fifth Wheel in Michigan, MI. BEAUTIFUL RV Excellent Condition You'll have to just say WOW!
12' Toy Hauler for Toy Golf cart or Harley. 
Purchased new off the showroom floor in fall of 2014, used it 1 time camping then winterized and put in storage.
Since, we have used for camping in RV Resorts approx 6 times.

This is a 3800 HD Edition Cyclone 5th whl RV w/Toy Hauler, triple axle (47' long) which is manufactured by Heartland.
It has a nice island with sink in the kitchen area with microwave, 3 burner stove, oven and nice size fridge/freezer.
5 of the seats in that area have built in recliners facing a 42" flatscreen TV with a nice Sony surround sound system.
Below the TV is an electric fireplace with 3 temperature settings and a full range of glow settings.
Ceiling lights everywhere with pendent lights over the kitchen Island.
This is a Full bath and a 1/2. The full bath with shower stall is in the master suite along with a modern top bowl sink, toilet and vanity with medicine cabinet. This is attached to the master bedroom that has a large king sized bed, 32" flat screen tv and dresser. Also in that room is a dressing seat and a his and hers closet.
In one of the closets is an all-in-one clothes WASHER/DRYER.
In the back is a 12' ft toybox which also houses 2 layers of king size mattresses that electricly lower from the ceiling. Or you can raise the top one to the ceiling and the bottom one converts into a dining/card playing table.
In this back area is a TV hookup (no tv included in back) AM/FM stereo with aux input. There's also a 1/2 bath with sink and toilet. This back toybox can house a full size golf cart, ATV or better yet a Harley Davidson and has a heavy duty drop down back door for easy drive up entry.
The back area also has it's own entrance in case you have company. The back area also has a glass slider that locks and has a curtain to guarantee privacy if needed.
The unit came with 1 roof mount a/c unit but we added a second in the master suite area.
This unit is also equipped with a 5500 gas generator so you don't have to hook up if you don't want. The generator compartment is under the front and has it's own gas fuel tank. The fuel tank also has a separate gas fill nozzle to fill your toy with fuel.
The original tires had approximately 700 miles on them but I just replaced all 6 with new rubber 12/2017. It also has a full size new spare tire. It has 2-30lb propane tanks.

The outside is beautiful and shines like the day it was purchased. We've stored this unit in one of our large buildings since new.
Again this unit was never stored outside since we bought it new.
There are 2 outside awnings. 1-10' ft over the rear door and a 2nd 12' ft over the front entrance.
The retail price on this unit with upgrades was just under $90k.
