    For sale is our 2013 Heartland Landmark "Rushmore" 39' fifth wheel trailer. The trailer is equipped and ready to go for full-timers. This trailer was used as a part-time unit and has had very little use since we purchased it new. The trailer has the dual pane windows necessary for full timers and the nicest feature is the automatic six point leveling system. This is Heartlands top of the line unit in 2013. The trailer MSRP was over $100,000.00 and is loaded with standard features and many options. This trailer was one of the first 2013 to be built and has the lighter color "Glazed Pecan Hardwood Cabinets". Exterior is the "Chocolate" full body paint and interior decor is the color "Bistro". This RV has a transferable lifetime no leak guaranteed roof. The trailer has had an RV FlexArmor(R) roof system installed which removes all the caulking joints, providing a seamless, monolithic roof.           The RV has just had 4 new Goodyear tires installed April 2018. Recently has had the batteries replaced with 2 HD 6 volt batteries.
