2013 Used Keystone OUTBACK 323BH Travel Trailer in Minnesota, MN. This 2013 Keystone Outback is a must have if you are looking to travel with the family or use it for a retirment get away. The trailer has 36 feet of livable space, which includes a Master suite with private access to the bathroom and shower. The Master suite also furnishes a larger queen bed for added comfort, A large kitchen with an island for more counter space and cooking area. A large sofabed, kitchenette which also doubles as a bed, a bunk area to the rear of the trailer providing two bnunk beds and a second larger sofa bed. The bunk room also provides ample amount of storage space for bags, extra clothing and linens due to the large storage space under the bunks. The camper provides a standard size microwave, larger fridge, range top oven, an outdoor kitchen with a second fridge and sink, a cooktop burner, also a attachable BBQ grill that can be used seperate or with the outdoor kitchen. There is two slideouts on this trailer and a large awning, A 45 gallon fresh water tank, 45 gallon black water tank, 45 gallon grey, water tank, and two 40 gallon propane tanks, and much more. This camper is user friendly with most everything being electric and at a push of a button. All Electric hookups, waste water lines and attachments for the outdoor kitchen and grill will be sold with the unit. I bought the camper in July of 2017 from North County RV in Minnesota. I was the second owner the original owners were retired and used it while in arizona. They traded the Camper for a newer model. My family stored the camper at the Two rivers campground in Rice Minnesota from August 2017 to October 2017 before returning it to our home for the winter. The camper has been used by my family 6 times sense we bought it in July. The camper is in amazing condition and has been cared for tremendously. The Roof, Awening and Body of the camper were cleaned and checked for any possible damage from the elements prior to being stored. All units such as A/C and Furnace work fantastic. The camper has been winterized and checked throughout the winter season for leaks or cracks. The one and only issue you will find with the camper is some sunfading on the front nose cone, I believe this is due to being in Arizona.
