2013 Used Keystone RAPTOR 300MP Toy Hauler in Washington, WA. We have upgraded to a coach and are selling our pristine Raptor. We bought it new, cared for it well, and enjoyed it very much. The garage is great for haulign toys, kayaks, gear, etc. When you get to where you're going, the garage converts to a bunk house and dining area. You'll see from the pics that its very nice. If you aren't using the bunks, they stow at the ceiling (electric operated). This Raptor is fully upgraded: cabinets, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, cold weather package, dyson vacuum station, etc. More than enough storage for food, movies, games, clothes. We have 5 kids and still have room. The bunks are queen sized and easily sleep two adults or three kids each. This unit can easily sleep 8... we've had 11 comfortably. All rooms have TVs. Surround sound and ext. speakers/lighting. The bunk tv can mount outside on the pullout kitchen. There is a 5500 Onan generator w/ 35 hours... service records, always used fuel stabilizers. There is a fuel station w/ 60 gallon capacity (30 for generator/30 for toys). Gen sips fuel. There is a locking cable for securing bikes/toys at night. Outdoor shower system, two large propane tanks for heat and cooking. Ramp is soft open and has full pulldown bug screen to leave it open while sleeping/eating. Two large exterior patio awnings w/ remote control. There is remote controlled auto level and bump outs. Master bedroom has tons of storage, tv, bench, access to bath. The bath has a nice glass bowl, sunken glass shower enclosure and skylight, porcelain toilet, and lots of storage. The kitchen has tall cabinets, quarts countertops with flush inserts over dual sink and stove. Extra lift up counter for more space. The fireplace is really nice and warm, full media/dvd system, lots of storage in living area. We have really loved having the garage/bunk space as the kids take it over, close the door and we can hardly see or hear them. Its really comfortable. There is washer/dryer hookups. The unit is like new, no tears or bumps, no issues and tires are good for a long while. All systems work perfect. NADA low retail is $62k. We're happy to show the unit to serious inquiries. Don't waste money on new at the dealer, come see this before you go to dealer, you'll see what I mean.
