Description

2013 Used Keystone RAPTOR 332TS Fifth Wheel in Nevada, NV. Beautiful toy hauler. 12' garage with patio rail system and Bluetooth stereo system. Everything works. Large 4 door refrigerator that runs on land power or Lp gas. 3 burner stove and oven combo like new. Microwave range. The kitchen has center isle bar with large sink and plenty of drawers and under sink cabinets. The bedroom is the king bed suite with closet slide out. Its been a great toy hauler. I actually have lived in it part time for 2 years. I had to do 2(Fresno, Santa Barbara) jobs in california so id put the rv close to the job site and stay in it sunday night thru thursday night and then id come back home to vegas on weekends. It was only i that stayed in it and im a non smoker. The trailer still smells new and is very clean. The owner before me would dry camp so he had solar panel installed on roof and put in 4 golf cart batteries and 2 12v marine batteries for long camping trips. It has 5500 onan generator with 146 hours and works great. Remote start inside rv for generator. 2-30 gallon fuel tanks. 1 for the generator and 1 for toys(with pump station on side of garage). There is a 2500 watt xantrex inverter installed with display panel. The original inverter is left inside so it could be used as a back up but the xantrex is supposed to last the lifetime of trailer. If it does go out to be serviced you still have the origanl inverter to use is what i was told by previous owner. There is a winegard direct tv HD satellite dish installed on top of rv that is automatic set up. It works great but in vegas we get 50-60 mph winds so i recently went with ground satellite to avoid any interference from high winds. We had gusts of 70 here recently so that will make the picture freeze up on the roof satellite. The rv is set up for dry camping but i only used it at 2 rv parks with power. It is set up to go for weeks without power. The rv has the picnic package in the belly storage compartment. It has a slide out tray with grill and mini frigerator that can run off 12v or 120. You have both connections in belly. 12v would be for camping with no power. The bathroom water heater is 6 gal inline heater so it is continually heated i believe. Ive never ran out of hot water. Water heater runs on gas or elec. there is only 2 things i know wrong with rv. The fireplace lamp that lights the fake logs is burnt out but the heater still works great. The second thing is last summer the main ac unit started throwing the breaker. We waited 6 weeks for service guy and he came out and diagnosed it but couldnt install for another 2-4 weeks. I ended up putting a portable ac unit in garage and have it blowing into living room and actually love it better then central ac unit. The main ac unit blows from vents in the ceiling and was always loud and kind of weak. The portable is quiet and works tons better. No more turning the tv all the way up. I will take money off for new ac unit. Besides those 2 things this was outstanding part time home for 2 full years.
