The trailer has been stored outside since we bought it( we are original owners) and some of the pin stripping is starting to show wear and tear. The roof was last treated and sealed 2 years ago.
My wife and I have taken the trailer on about 10-12 camping trips and one 2 week excursion from Northern California to Northern Washington ( outer Seattle) since we bought it. It's not been used for about one year as of late, hence the decision to sell.
