Description

2013 Used Trailmanor 3124KB Pop Up Camper in Georgia, GA. For Sale: 2013 Trailmanor 3124kb travel trailer camper. This camper has a king bed in the rear, a full size bed in the front, and a sofa that converts to a twin bed. The sofa and loveseat flank a fold down dining table with expandable leaf. The kitchen includes a tri-power (LP, 12Vdc, and 120Vac) refrigerator/freezer, a three burner stove with oven, a convection microwave, and a large kitchen sink. The bathroom features a tub/shower, recirculating toilet, and sink. There are ample cabinets and storage, as well. Electronics include CO/smoke detector, cable connections inside and out, and an amplified directional TV antenna. The camper has a 20 gallon freshwater tank, city water connection, a 30 gallon graywater tank, and the toilet is plumbed out like a standard blackwater tank. It is designed to use full hookups like most travel trailers. 30A 120Vac power. Electric brakes standard.

Options include a 12' awning, outdoor rug, 5000lb axle, aluminum wheels, 15,000btu air conditioning, DSI water heater, am/fm/usb stereo, and many extras such as a toolbox, outside grill/griddle, sewer pipe and support, weight distributing hitch, and water filter.

The engineering genius of this camper is how it collapses down for easy towing, and how light it is.  This camper is 24' long folded, and 31' long deployed.  Since the camper is mostly aluminum composite, it only weighs 3090lbs.  We routinely towed this with our 2007 Chrysler Town and Country minivan, with no problems.  The manufacturer claims that the camper costs an additional 1 gallon of gas per 100 miles traveled, and I can verify that.  We routinely averaged 22mpg unloaded, and 19mpg towing the camper with our minivan.

Also, this camper sets up quickly and easily. Even my 9 year old son can move the front and rear shells into place with ease.

THIS CAMPER HAS HAIL DAMAGE!!! There is hail damage to the driver's side, roof, and front of the camper. There are no leaks, and the damage is purely cosmetic. All windows are intact with no functional issues.

Since there is hail damage, the price is lower than book value. NADA places the price around $17,400, and I am asking only $13,000 because of the hail damage.
