2013 Used Winnebago ACCESS 31J Class C in Utah, UT

2013 Used Winnebago ACCESS 31J Class C in Utah, UT. This 31’ Class C Motorhome new was valued at almost 100k and it is only 4 years old.  I’m selling it 20k below average retail to sell it quickly.  The Low Retail is 63k and the Average Retail is 76k.  My RV is in better condition than average and priced 5k below low book. It has a Ford v10 with 111k miles and the Onan Generator has 963 hrs.  They both run great and need nothing.  The generator was serviced every 100 hrs. as advised by the manufacturer.  This unit can sleep two over the cab, two on the dining table, two on the futon couch, one in each bunkbed and two on the queen bed in the back.  There’s tons of storage inside and underneath too.  The main flooring is not carpet so it is much easier to clean.  You can see the stain grade wood throughout.  There will always be dings from using the motorhome but this motorhome looks great.  There have not been any water leaks and the fiberglass roof looks new.  The roof has been checked and resealed yearly preventing any water intrusion.  Water is the cancer of motorhomes.   These fiberglass roofs last much longer than the cheaper rubber roofs.   I just had 6 new Firestone TransForce HT G rated tires installed and had the spare replaced too.  The Motorhome was just waxed and there is no oxidation. The sides feel like glass.  There are some scratches on the decals in places but very few.  This is a steal. I also forgot to mention that the title is clean and the Carfax is good too.  This is the perfect layout because it allows you to bring friends and family on your trips.  It has a reverse camera on the back and it can tow a boat too.  We just did a 1300-mile trip and it ran flawless.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 801-920-2421.  Thanks, Brian
