2013 Used Winnebago ERA 170X Class B in Texas, TX. This 7 passenger fuel efficient 24' Class B 2013 Winnebago Era is incredibly versatile. It's easy to park just about anywhere. It is the width for a single parking space and the length for 1 1/2 spaces. Handles easily and winding mountain roads are no challenge for it. Whether it"s a 3 week camping trip in the National Parks, a weekend get away, a day trip with friends to take nature photos, an evening at the high school watching fireworks or simply a trip to the airport to pick up all of the cousins, this vehicle fits the bill. It's even proven itself in taking a wedding party to the venue with all of the corasages in the refrigerator in the heat of a Texas summer!
So why would they sell it?!! Well we have had so many incredible adventures in this RV that we have decided to become full time RVers. We want to be out there all of the time.
Diesel fuel mileage varies depending on usage. 2 days on the Natchez Trace holding at 50 MPH allowed us almost 21 mpg. Towing a Camry to Colorado to about 7,000 feet in elevation had the mileage at about 16 1/2 MPG. This vehicle can tow 5000 pounds. We have only towed a car once and usually put a bike rack on the back with our bikes aboard.
We have kept this RV maintained well. Front tires were replaced at 38,136 miles in September, 2016. The rear tires were replaced at 46,599 miles 8/18/2017. The engine battery was replaced at 43,430 miles on 4/17/17. The 2 house batteries were replaced 11/11/17. The refrigerator was recently replaced. The generator has 217 hours on it.
