2014 Used Airstream FLYING CLOUD 30FB Travel Trailer in Washington, WA. After a glorious 5 month family trip across the country, it's time to pass our beautiful Airstream on to some new adventurers.
We purchased our trailer last February from Airstream NW for the sole purpose of taking our extended trip and she looks/works as beautifully now as she did then.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly, road-ready RV that doesn’t skimp on modern amenities and style, the Flying Cloud 30FB bunk model is the perfect fit. It’s one of Airstream’s most popular models and, as we learned last year, it can be very difficult to find them used.
Why are we selling ours? After our road trip, we moved to a small rental in Spokane and we simply don’t have the room in our tiny driveway.
What’s in our Airstream? In addition to the specs listed below, we added the following…
- ProPride 30 Trailer Sway Control Hitch (with covers). If you haven’t heard about this hitch you’ve gotta look it up. It’s the safest and highest rated sway control hitch around. It’s also speeeendy (it cost us over $3500 after installation), but let me tell you, it was worth every penny. Whether I was towing along the mountains of Colorado, along the twisty roads of Arizona, or across the windy plains of South Dakota, I could hardly feel a thing. Seriously. It’s truly a remarkable hitch.
