Excellent, nearly new condition. I challenge you to find an Airstream Interstate in better condition. If you do, buy it.
We used this RV as our back-and-forth vehicle between our two homes on other sides of the country (we have kids in both locations), so the miles you see (20,150) are mainly highway miles with minimal use of the RV itself (i.e. we were not driving it to a lake to camp for a week or two or three). So you are buying a nearly new RV and saving loads of money off a comparable new RV.
This RV drives like a van, not like an RV. Mercedes Sprinter chassis. It has a Mercedes turbo diesel engine, so coming up to speed on highways and interstates is relatively easy. Plenty of power and it handles wonderfully over long distances. Very well appointed, so both driving and eating/sleeping are comfortable.
This is a 2014.5 model, which is important when looking at a 2014 Airstream Interstate, since not all Interstates that model year are created equal. This model has the late model year change that is nearly identical to the 2015-2017 model. There were changes in the Airstream Interstate model mid-2014, especially with the Mercedes Sprinter chassis, with all of those changes incorporated into this RV.
This RV is fully self-contained for overnights with a queen-sized bed, bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), heating, air conditioning, two TVs, refrigerator, sink, microwave/convection oven, two stove top burners and an Onan generator. Works great both with hookups (30A) or running off battery or generator. Plenty of storage throughout.
The RV just came back from the local RV service center where a thorough inspection has been completed.
Stored under cover, plugged in, protected from weather and sunlight.
