Description

2014 Used Crossroads SUNSET TRAIL RESERVE 30RE Travel Trailer in Georgia, GA. Selling my 2014 Sunset Trail Travel Trailer. 32' long, Dry weight: 7200lbs. Trying to upgrade to a drive-able :)

The RV is in fantastic shape and has a bunch of upgrades.

The pictures show a lot, but here are some of the features/upgrades:
-3 Slides
-Electric fireplace
-Bluetooth stereo with DVD player
-power stabilizing jacks
-Grill that attaches on outside with pre-run gas line
-10000 lb equalizer hitch (http://www.equalizerhitch.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=62&product_id=50)
-RV Lock keyless entry (upgraded) (rvlock.com. I have the v4 keyless entry with remotes)
-LED light strip on awning
-Bulldog automatic jack (upgraded)
-bug screens on all outside openings
-Had cable run throughout the RV, so if you have a Satellite dish, you can simply plug the tv into any of the coax outlets and be good to go (I have a carryout satellite dish that works great I am happy to provide as a part of the deal)
-Had flat screen installed in bedroom
-Had tv mount installed on outside of rv (pictured)
-new pillow top queen mattress in bedroom
-replaced TV in living room that came with it with a Samsung (so you have 3 tvs...living room, bedroom, and a 40" that is stored inside but we use outside, and I will give you as a part of the purchase)
-Hitch installed on back for luggage/cargo racks (shown in one of the pictures)
-Returned from annual maintenance 'check-up' yesterday. Everything is in great condition. Packed bearings, checked roof, all appliances, AC, etc. Everything is good to go!

One other thing I'll mention. I have a Yamaha 6300 I use with the RV when I'm not a a campsite with electric. If you need a generator, we can negotiate it as well. It has just over 1000 hours on it. This link shows it brand new, but just so you have an idea of the exact model/features (https://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-EF6300iSDE-Starting-Portable-Compliant/dp/B002RWK9QY)
