2014 Used Dutchmen VOLTAGE 3990 Fifth Wheel in Colorado, CO. This unit has been used very little and is in great condition. We purchased a 5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty with the RV and it will go with the unit. This RV has 3 roof-mounted air conditioners and features a one button Auto Level system. It has a King size bed with upgraded mattress in the master suite with a full shower/tub. The master has a large closet and an additional linen closet that includes a washer and dryer (not combo). The kitchen features a full sized residential style refrigerator. The sofas in the living room all recline and two of the chairs have heat and massage features. There is an electric fireplace below the TV and a Sony sound bar system. There is a loft space for extra sleeping/storage. The garage is 12 ft long and has 2 queen size bed options. The lower bed can be a dinette. There is a ½ bath in the garage with a TV and a Rockford Fosgate sound system. The garage has a rubber floor with diamond plating on the sides and also comes with a carpet option. The ramp converts to a deck with a fold up screen rail system with an additional awning to cover with also an option to pull down a full screen to keep bugs out. In addition to the 3 TV’s in the RV, there is an additional one outside with Rockford Fosgate speakers. There are 2 awnings on the side of the RV and they are electric powered.  There is a 30-gallon built in gas tank with a pump for filling up the toys. For remote camping, there is a 5500 Gas Onan Generator with it’s own 30 gallon gas tank with a total of 60 gallons combined. The generator has 50 hrs on it. The water heater is 10 gallons both electric and gas.
