     This is a great coach that has been babied from the day it came home.   There are only 6686 miles on it and we are throwing in the Kar Kaddy SS that is worth over $2500 along with the portable water softener, tire monitor with sensors for all tires including the tow vehicle, and the tire covers.  This is a steal as there isn't anything wrong with the coach.  We have to sell for medical reasons.
     The bedroom has a king size bed and is plumbed for a washer/dryer unit.  There is also a 32" flat screen TV in the bedroom as well as speakers that allow you to play music or the TV throughout the coach.  The console has a seperate camera monitor that shows the rear view, left mirror, or right mirror camera.  The rear camera also has a microphone that allows you to hear someone as they are helping you back up the coach.
     We have used a water pressure regulator, water softener, and electrical surge protector from day 1 to protect the coaches water and electrical systems.  
     The extended warranty runs through September of 2019.  The NADA retail runs $103,000 to $124,000.  We are not looking to make money, just pay it off.
