2014 Used Forest River CEDAR CREEK FIFTH WHEEL 38FL Fifth Wheel in Pennsylvania, PA. Unfortunately we are moving and looking to sell our beautiful 5th wheel.  This unit has less than 1000 miles on it and spent its life set up at a permanent site. I will include the hitch if the buyer wants/needs it.  Unit has 5 slides and is 40’8” long 

Unit it is in great shape with all the options. It has upgraded luxury cabinets and interior. This definitely isn’t the base model. It has a full-size residential fridge with ice maker, day/night shades, fireplace, ceiling fan, rain sensing vents, auto level hydraulic jacks, inverter, power awning, remote control for level/awning/lights, king bed, power up down tv with surround sound, outside speakers, mini fridge outside, hot water elec and gas, washer dryer hookups, central vacuum, leather recliner, two leather sofas that fold into beds with very comfortable air mattresses built in ducted AC and heat, large shower unit with glass doors, outside shower, heated tanks for cold weather use.  

Im sure I’m missing something but unit is fully loaded. The front living makes a great use of the space and sets it apart from everyone else’s unit.  It is currently setup at Allegany river campground and can be shown there by appointment. I have not dewinterized yet but will do so in the next week so buyer can see all systems work. 

Only known issue is a small dent by the wheel well and a broken rung on the ladder. I may have a chance to fix the ladder.  

Ive checked with the RV dealer and he confirmed it would sell for 48-52 on their lot and nada is 57k average retail. I’d prefer not to mess around and not looking to make a bunch of money but rather making sure it goes to a good home that will care for it like we have.  I’m asking $47000 obo which is significantly lower than other listings.

Now comes the part where I sound like a jerk but that isn’t my intention.  Please please don’t waste my time or yours if you arent serious about buying.  I’m happy to spend as much time as needed with you to cover the unit as long as you are serious.  To answer some frequently asked question upfront....no I won’t take payments, no I wont take trades, no I won’t take half my asking price.  Again not trying to be a jerk just saving everyone time and energy.
